1. Boarded: Your ship has been boarded, and as captain you've been captured! Better hope the other captain gives quarter. Alternatively, it's a nice warm day for a swim. That plank was made for walking.

2. Victory: You've captured another ship! You knew those extra cannons would come in handy. And let's hope they've got lots of swag! Where's the captain? Are you the decent sort, or are you going to rub their face in it for a bit?

3. Swab the decks: You're a cabin boy! It's a good thing you don't mind doing all the dirty work, right? Anyway, the captain's calling; better see what they want.

4. Marooned: For a bit there you'd thought you were in Davy's Jones' grip, but somehow you've washed ashore with the driftwood. As you stare dazedly up from the surf, you have questions. Where are you? And who's that already on the shore?

5. Buried Treasure: Sink me! You've really found the mother lode. . . but you're not the only one. Who gets to take the treasure back to their ship? Better make sure it's you.

6. Rum: Rum, everywhere.

7. Swordfight: It's that person you can't stand! And they've taken your most valuable possession, that one of a kind thing you just can't live without! Better get that trinket back before it and your nemesis are gone over the side forever. Let's hear some swashes buckling.

8. Mutiny: The tack is full of maggots and this drinking water may as well have come from the gutter. There's one person to blame for this, and you're here to make especially sure that they pay for it. The captain does always seem to take the best treasure before everybody else.

9. Kidnapping: Don't they look rather peaceful, innocent even, sleeping so soundly there with their fancy nightclothes and pillows. Brings a tear to your eye, it does. Better take them aboard and send for a ransom.

10. Take a Gamble: Gotta spend your loot somehow, but it must have been the rum that had you bettin' everything at once! You've lost to your hornswagglin' shipmate; what did you lose, and what will they make you do now?

11. Under the Sea: You are now a Mermaid/Merman! That sailor over there sure looks appealing; let's see if you can lure them in with your charms. Don't forget that they can't breathe under water! You do seem to always forget, don't you. . .

12. The Doldrums: Can you say cabin fever? The sails haven't moved in weeks. You're about seeing if your mates can relieve this awful boredom.

13. Wild card. What do. Your choice. It doesn't even have to be here - wait why am I even explaining this to you YOU KNOW HOW THIS WORKS.

[For all the treasure around -- even those wine-red blankets would fetch a pretty penny -- this lawyer might be the most valuable piece to be found. Is this the right guy, though? He's supposed to be twenty-six, isn't he?]

[yatagarasu]

[Her target was a rich lawyer who'd foiled many a pirate's scheme and sent several of them to the gallows. Not only would this be the ultimate revenge, this would make them rich beyond their wildest dreams.

Still...rich lawyer who foiled piracy? It rings a bell for her. But that was seven years ago.

This was now, and she will pocket a lockpick before pulling out a second knife and creeping as close as she dares.]

[He seems to be sleeping peacefully, undisturbed by Kay's stealthy approach. And hey, he's even rolling over on his back for easier threatening. How convenient!]

[She pauses...waiting with bated breath as he rolls over, and quickly putting her hands behind her back. Still, it would be pretty difficult to explain why a girl like her, obviously a pirate lass, was in his cabin tonight.

Kay exhales when he remains asleep. Then she continues walking closer until she's right by his bed. Should she wake him up now, or...]

[On one hand, he clearly isn't waking up by himself. On the other, unless he's a very heavy sleeper, just trying to tie him up where he is would probably disturb his slumber. What do, pirate!Kay?]

[Kay spends about a few seconds thinking about this, her arms falling to her sides. Now, why couldn't her comrades have sent reinforcements?

She stands on tiptoe and tries to peer at his face. Only one quick glance is enough for her to suddenly step back, but since she was on tiptoe...she trips.

And falls onto her behind, knives clattering onto the floor.]

[Predictably, that noise is enough to startle the prosecutor awake. After his eyes pop open with a gasp, he sits bolt upright and looks straight at the teenaged pirate.]

[And he clearly doesn't like what he sees.]

What are you playing at by breaking into my room, young lady?!

[yatagarasu]

[Kay gasps, and instinctively grabs both her knives. She jumps to her feet...but doesn't point her weapons at him. On the contrary, she sheaths them and stares.]

I -

[Wait, wait, he couldn't be the lawyer they were searching for! This man...this man...]

Wait, now I remember! Do you?

[truthsnomiracle]

I haven't the faintest idea what you're talking about. All I know is that an armed girl whose outfit brags of association with piracy has stolen into my room with probable ill intent!

[yatagarasu]

[She quickly stuffs her blades back into their sheaths, but he's already seen them anyway. Not only that, she was indeed wearing a bandanna, a slightly worn pink shirt, short blue pants and brown boots.

Kay bites her lip, looking very much like a small animal caught in the headlights of a large truck rolling toward her.]

Wait! Let me refresh your memory!

[Her hand plunges straight into her bag, and she fishes out a length of pure white cloth.]

[HAHAHA we have done this before but hi.]

[Captain Faraday, weren't we supposed to be heading south? Now the compass points us to east and we are also on a raft not a ship, and what are we going to do!?!

Also, fishing is hard, but sun-fried fish dinner isn't that bad.]

THEN WE DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN unless you want another Edgeworthception

[Kay is just...looking at a scrap of a map, studying it intently...

Then she grumbles to herself and looks east.]

I knew I should've picked the captain's pockets. I bet he had the rest of the map the entire time!

Kay, we're quite literally in the middle of nowhere. that map isn't going to help.

[yatagarasu]

Who knows? We could end up carried away somewhere that isn't in the middle of nowhere.

[She takes her compass out, watching its arrow spinnnnnnn~]

[staplerkun]

Like where? When? Can you help me make this sail?

[yatagarasu]

I'm working on it! And...have you tried adjusting the sail? We've also got that one oar...

[She crawls over to one side of the raft gently, and reaches for said oar.]

[staplerkun]

I can't reach. Please help me. [He's having a hard time putting the sail up. Help, Captain! D8]

[yatagarasu]

Oh, sorry!

[She drags the oar closer to them, then quickly stands up and helps him unfurl their only sail.]

[staplerkun]

Thank you. [He at least manages to tie it pretty well!] The wind should carry us somewhere, eventually.
